GRD Minproc is a wholly owned subsidiary of GRD Limited, an independent Australian engineering and development company.

GRD Minproc is an international engineering company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, with regional growth hubs in Brisbane, Queensland, Johannesburg, Africa, and Belo Horizonte, Brasil.

GRD Minproc - Australia

GRD Minproc has more than 600 personnel working out of its head office in Perth, Western Australia.

Established in 1978, GRD Minproc has expanded rapidly on the back of high quality engineering services provided to the Australian mining and resources industry.

Through our three areas of capability, Technical & Development Solutions, Project Delivery and Asset Management, GRD Minproc is among the few engineering companies that services the entire resources product development cycle.

GRD Minproc - Africa

GRD Minproc's African office was opened as the African project delivery hub of the group in February 2003.

Since then, GRD Minproc has seen substantial growth in its African operations, with over 250 engineers and support staff based in the Johannesburg office and on site.

With a strong mineral resource development outlook, particularly in gold, copper, platinum and uranium, GRD Minproc is undertaking work for an increasing number of mining companies operating in countries across Africa.

GRD Minproc - South America

GRD Minproc established its office in Belo Horizonte, Brasil, late in 2005. Following this, the company was awarded the engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) contract for CVRD's A$1.6B Niquel do Vermelho Project in late December 2005.

GRD Minproc has secured further work over for its Belo Horizonte corporate office with Brasilian and international mining companies in both nickel and gold.
