GRD Minproc's Graduate Development Programme is where you get to put those years of study into practice.

Accredited by Engineers Australia, the peak engineering industry body in Australia, the programme runs over three years.

From your first day as a graduate engineer with us, you will work with experienced engineers in different business areas on both small and large projects. Modules designed on a rotational basis will ensure that you are involved in a range of processes from the conceptual, through to the detailed design and commissioning phases.  

We get you involved in everything.

 You will also have a mentor who will guide you through the entire programme and will be your first point of call, offering you advise and assistance when needed.
