Trainee Designers

At GRD Minproc we can offer a career that allows you to develop your skills on quality projects alongside engineers who have earned global respect.

 Running over four years, a traineeship with GRD Minproc will give you the opportunity to develop into a competent and qualified designer in all Design Office activities. On completion, you will have developed skills to work with minimal supervision on design tasks in the minerals processing industry.

We get you involved in everything. During the traineeship you will be working with experienced engineers and designers in different discipline areas on a variety of projects.

You will also have a mentor who will guide you through the entire program and will be your first point of call, offering you advice and assistance when needed.

Our training program will offer you the exposure and experience you need to excel in your field.
